C'Ann Simpson, there are Realtors who care. This lovely woman went above and beyond her job to help us and worked with us as if we had big money, but she knew we did not have alot to spend yet she treated us like royalty. My Husband Tim, and myself, Amber Rose had been shoved aside, treated horribly by other companies because we did not have much of money to work with. C'Ann is very special and did care about us, and not to her benefit but only thought of our needs! She was so delightful, and had true character. I know its hard to find such Brokers; until we meet C'Ann Simpson. Honestly we knew nothing about getting in to a home, and she took an entire day dedicated to help us. So if you are like us, not a lot of money and treated like second class citizen's, stop wasting your time and call exp realty, and you will be amazed by her genuine care for every person who walks into her office. I have not even bothered to write a comment about the other Realtors,but felt so strong about her this is the least I can do for how her professionalism and heart! Please stop wasting time and money looking for someone to be an advocate for you no matter who you are or how much money you have! So be good to her because she is the very best! And I, Amber Rose promise that C'Ann Simpson is all the above and more! C'Ann from the very bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you! If I could grade her she would get an A + and from on to ten she is a an 11.
